Arami “Nika” Anwell brings a thoughtful blend of structure, curiosity, and care to this work, with a background in evaluation and counseling and credentials as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Board Certified Coach candidate (BCC). Nika approaches coaching with both depth and intention.
Her work is grounded in the belief that growth doesn’t come from asking the right questions, creating space to truly understand yourself, and creating systems that support habit change. At the same time, her training in evaluation means this isn’t just reflective; it’s purposeful. Together, you’ll move toward a direction you can name, measure, and build on over time.

In session-based bundles, a lot of learning and discovery happens in session, which creates action steps for you to implement between sessions. It is where the magic happens. Then, depending on the package, we review anything you might have shared with us and customize the following session to fit your journey.
Coaching is less about giving you “the answer” and more about helping you find your answer.
That said, we do bring:
