Some things deserve to be done intentionally.

A thoughtful space to slow down, take an honest look at where you are, gain insight, focus on what matters, and begin to move forward.

You’re at a crossroads and feel the weight of needing to “figure it out,” but aren’t sure where to start.

You’re craving clarity, not quick fixes, and want the space to think deeply while still making meaningful progress.

You feel stuck in indecision, overthinking, or competing priorities and want structured support to move forward.

You know there’s more alignment possible in your life or work, but you haven’t been able to translate that into a clear direction yet.

You value a thoughtful, collaborative process that blends reflection, strategy, and accountability.

You’re ready to commit to a consistent rhythm of growth over the next three months—and want guidance you can trust.

You want to leave not just with insight, but with a clear, realistic roadmap built around what actually matters to you.

You’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do or make decisions for you.

You want a quick burst of motivation without doing deeper reflection or follow-through.

You’re not ready to examine your values, patterns, or assumptions—and how they shape your choices.

You prefer a completely unstructured or casual approach rather than a guided, intentional process. OR you are in search of therapy.

You’re unwilling to commit time between sessions to think, reflect, and apply what we uncover.

You’re looking for guaranteed or immediate outcomes rather than steady, supported progress toward clarity.

You’re not ready (yet) to take ownership of your next steps, even with support in place.

Explore with intention and understanding.

Understanding what shapes the situation.

Engaging the real decisions and tensions of daily life.

Shaping what comes next.

It is about having a clearer understanding and a way to continue moving forward intentionally.

Our work together is designed to help you better understand yourself, not simply to find quick answers. We’ll explore your values, strengths, goals, obstacles, and patterns so you can make decisions with greater confidence and intention.

By the end of the program, you’ll have actionable tools, deeper self-awareness, and two clearly defined goals to focus your efforts. You’ll also have a clearer picture of the resources and strengths you already possess to navigate challenges moving forward.

While meaningful progress can happen quickly, sustainable change takes time. The purpose of this process is not to create an instant transformation, but to help you build the foundation, skills, and momentum needed for long-term growth.

What begins to change

Why now?

We often wait until we feel completely burnt out to seek support. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to decide to move forward with more intentionality.

Over time, our clients often notice a shift in:

CLARITY
The confusion and overwhelm become defined and understandable.

AGENCY
Vague issues become workable problems with specific paths of action.

RESILIENCE
Decisions become less reactive and more grounded in your core values.

MOMENTUM
There is finally less stress and a way to move forward with purpose and clarity.

The work doesn’t remove challenges entirely. It helps you see them more clearly, changes your relationship with them, and shifts your mindset.

Why Work With Us

Insight and the path forward don’t come from being rushed or from voices telling you what you “should” do. It comes from being thoughtfully guided through the right questions, at the right pace, in a space where you can actually hear yourself and gain the tools and structure to make change.

At Of Iron & Willow, this work is designed to be both grounded and meaningful, where reflection leads to action.

What makes this experience different is the way it blends warmth with structure.

There’s care in how each session is held and structured.

You’ll notice the difference in ways like:

  • Thoughtful questions that help you understand why you’re stuck, not just what to do next
  • A clear process that keeps you moving forward, learning through experiments, and taking a growth mindset
  • Gentle accountability that turns insight into measurable change over time
  • A balance of emotional awareness and practical next steps

Your life isn’t reduced to a checklist, but it also doesn’t stay abstract.

This is a space where your experiences, values, and circumstances are taken seriously, while also being organized into something you can act on.

If you’ve been craving both understanding and a structured approach to moving forward, this is where those two come together.

Your Coach

Outside of Coaching: You can find her climbing rocks, hiking, traveling, leaning into quality time, reading a good book, or getting lost in a modern board game.

Arami ‘Nika’ Anwell, Ph.D., NCC

Nika’s Approach: Person-centered, structured, creative, educational, and data-informed, with heart at the center. I offer deep, steady support while honoring exactly where you are right now.

Arami “Nika” Anwell brings a thoughtful blend of structure, curiosity, and care to this work, with a background in evaluation and counseling and credentials as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Board Certified Coach candidate (BCC). Nika approaches coaching with both depth and intention.

Her work is grounded in the belief that growth doesn’t come from asking the right questions, creating space to truly understand yourself, and creating systems that support habit change. At the same time, her training in evaluation means this isn’t just reflective; it’s purposeful. Together, you’ll move toward a direction you can name, measure, and build on over time.

A Letter from Your Coach

Dear Explorer,

I know that working on yourself brings a mix of emotions, excitement, fear, hope, and so much in between. Often, there’s also uncertainty, frustration, or even a quiet doubt about whether this time will really be different.

If you’ve tried before and it didn’t stick, it makes sense that part of you might feel hesitant or guarded. You might be hopeful but also tired of starting over.

You don’t have to carry it alone.

I’m here to meet you where you are and to help you find support that actually fits, so the process feels steady, grounded, and genuinely doable.

Making sure you get support that is aligned with what you need is my top priority. Whether it is seeing if we are a good fit for a coaching relationship, making sure the package you choose is the right fit for you, or referring you to another coach or other services.

Let’s see if this package is for you.

Sincerely,

Your coach

Final Alignment Check

This package is for people who care deeply about how they’re living but keep hitting the same friction points.

You may have made solid plans that didn’t hold, made progress and lost it, or know what to do but still feel stuck.

It’s not a lack of willpower.

Most people are trying to change without the insight, alignment, systems, and support that real life requires. Because lasting change isn’t just discipline or trying harder. It’s understanding your patterns and building something that actually fits your life.

When change doesn’t stick, it’s not a personal failure. It means the approach missed the full picture.

That’s where this work is different.

At Of Iron & Willow, we slow down to understand how you actually operate, then turn that insight into practical, livable systems:

  • habits built from awareness, not pressure
  • structures that support your goals
  • systems that match your capacity

You don’t need to be perfectly “ready” to start.

You just need a willingness to look honestly at what’s been happening and try a different approach.

If pushing harder hasn’t worked, there’s nothing wrong with you.

You’ve just been missing support that connects the whole picture.

That’s the work we do here. And if that resonates, you’re in the right place.

The Path Details

How does the Life Design package differ from the Exploration & clarity package?

Thought Partner Sessions include:

Life coaching is a collaborative process focused on helping you move forward, clarifying what matters to you, identifying patterns, and building practical ways to create change.

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health concerns. It’s also not financial advising or prescriptive consulting. Instead, we work together to help you better understand yourself and take intentional, aligned action.

Coaching can support a wide range of areas, including:

  • Life transitions and decision-making
  • Dating
  • Retirement transitions
  • Habit creation
  • Relationships and communication
  • Career direction and fulfillment
  • Financial behaviors and money mindset
  • Identity shifts and personal growth

If it matters to you and impacts how you live your life, it’s something we can explore.

Unlike many coaches, our work is both relational and structured. Putting you at the center of our work while also creating a framework that feels tangible.

We use a combination of:

  • Values-based reflection
  • Practical tools
  • Habit-based systems for change
  • Personalized curriculum (in certain packages)
  • Collaborative problem-solving

The goal isn’t just insight. It’s creating sustainable change that lasts beyond coaching.

Expertise:

The coach who leads this package, Nika, has the heart of a counselor and the mind of an evaluator and strategist.

In addition to coaching, she has expertise in counseling, evaluation, yoga, couples’ work, and financial tools.

It depends on the level of support and structure you’re looking for:

  • Session bundles → Best for specific challenges or shorter-term support
  • Exploration & Clarity → Best for gaining direction in a transition
  • Deep Dive / Curriculum-based packages → Best for long-term, sustainable change across multiple areas

If you’re unsure, we can talk through this together on a discovery call.

Because coaching is a partnership that requires active participation from you and work outside of sessions, we cannot guarantee specific financial results. However, we are fully committed to providing you with the tools, strategies, and unwavering support you need to succeed.

This depends on the package you choose.

In more structured programs, there may be:

  • Reflection exercises or assessments
  • Action steps or habit tracking
  • Ongoing check-ins or support

In session-based bundles, a lot of learning and discovery happens in session, which creates action steps for you to implement between sessions. It is where the magic happens. Then, depending on the package, we review anything you might have shared with us and customize the following session to fit your journey.

Coaching is less about giving you “the answer” and more about helping you find your answer.

That said, we do bring:

  • Education
  • Frameworks
  • Tools and strategies

You won’t be left on your own. You will be actively involved in creating what works for you, and we are here to support you along your journey.

Many clients begin to experience shifts in awareness, clarity, and confidence early on.

Sustainable change, however, takes time and consistency, which is why some packages are designed to support longer-term work and integration.

Results are also very dependent on how much work you put in outside of the session and your specific concerns, goals, barriers, skills, etc.

That’s completely normal. Coaching works best when there is some level of openness and willingness to reflect and take action, but you don’t need to have everything figured out.

A discovery call can help you explore whether this feels like a good fit.

Yes—all coaching sessions are held virtually, making them accessible no matter where you’re located.

Pricing reflects the level of support, structure, and work involved behind the scenes, not just the time spent in sessions.

More comprehensive packages include things like:

  • Personalized curriculum design
  • Pre-session review and preparation
  • Assessments and reflection tools
  • Ongoing support between sessions
  • Customized roadmaps and integration support

These elements allow for deeper, more sustained change over time.

More flexible options, like session bundles, focus primarily on the time spent together during sessions and are designed for shorter-term or more specific needs.

Not necessarily.

Most packages require an initial deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining balance paid on a weekly basis. The exact deposit amount varies depending on the package.

For those who prefer to pay in full, some packages offer a discounted rate when paid upfront.
